How NOT to be Popular by Jennifer Ziegler

A 17 year old girl named Maggie moved to a new place in the country every few months. This time, Maggie had to leave her friends behind. Maggie was so upset about this that she decided this time around, she wouldn't make friends so that when the time came to move again, it wouldn't hurt as much. Maggie ended up becoming friends with the least popular kids in school, despite the fact that she tried so hard not to. Maggie tried to sabotage their friendship so that once again, she would be friendless. I thought this book was really funny and I enjoyed reading it.
